"The fish and chip industry is prehistoric and most fish and chip shop owners don't give a monkeys about sustainability," he said.

The recipe for making sure that fish served up in Cornish restaurants is from sustainable sources was set out at a special meeting.Fish and Tips was put together with the aim of giving restaurants and businesses an insight into the importance of making sure fish could still be on the menu for future generations.
