No Bag Limits for Kent & Essex

Kent & Essex Sea Fisheries Committee has agreed to accept the advice of the earlier K&ESFC Technical Panel:

a) The Committee does not at this time introduce a byelaw in relation to bag limits on bass.

b) The Committee Officers will assist DEFRA and the MFA in policing landings from unlicensed vessels and other legislation that they introduce, subject to available Officer time
