In a leading editorial, the editor of Total Sea Fishing has called upon anglers to write to Ben Bradshaw, the Fisheries Minister, asking him to once again consider his decision to increase the bass minimum landing size only minimally, delivering no appreciable benefit to anglers, and still failing to protect immature bass until they have spawned at least once.
