DEFRA have published a summary of responses to the consultation on creating a Marine Bill to govern activities in UK waters.

The responses cover a wide range of issues including many of particular interest to Recreational Sea Anglers including Licensing, Bag Limits, Marine Protected Areas, and the future management of inshore fisheries.
