"Twin rig and "triple rig" trawling may soon be banned in the coastal waters around Cornwall, after a unanimous vote to construct a byelaw to prevent the highly efficient method of fishing was decided at the Cornwall Sea Fisheries Committee (CSFC) meeting on Friday."
